What BinderBird does not collect
This version of the website does not ask you to create an account, enter payment details, join a mailing list, or submit a form. BinderBird does not run custom analytics or advertising trackers and does not intentionally set application cookies.
Standard technical data
Like nearly every website, hosting and network infrastructure may process standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include an IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested page, referring page, and error or security logs.
BinderBird does not promise zero technical logging. Infrastructure providers may retain limited logs under their own operational and security practices.
Links to other services
BinderBird alerts and bot responses may link to marketplace listings, including eBay listings. Clearly labeled links in BinderBird Discord alerts, digests, and bot responses may include eBay Partner Network affiliate tracking parameters so BinderBird can receive attribution for qualifying purchases. Private owner-facing Telegram alerts use ordinary, untracked marketplace links.
When you open an external marketplace link, the destination service may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or app information, referral information, and the requested listing URL, subject to that service’s privacy practices. BinderBird does not control marketplace privacy practices.
Future changes
If BinderBird later adds accounts, forms, analytics, payments, or other data collection, this policy will be updated before those features are used. Material changes will be dated clearly.
